What Happened
A Texas data center development company called Headwaters is seeking to build a 300+ acre data center located on Rensch Road. This proposed data center campus will be located on the property between Rensch Rd and Beatty Rd, between St Rt 62 and Neff Rd. Part of the property is located in Grove City and part is located in Pleasant Twp, raising significant concerns among the residents of Grove City, Jackson Township, and Pleasant Township.
